My name is Courtney Woodall and I'm a Personal Trainer/ Coach, Owner of Woodall Warrior Training, LLC, & a mother of 3 Beautiful girls!

My love of fitness started at the young age of 7 years old. Being in sports all my life and having a Highschool Football Coach for a dad it was a way of life.

I've spent the last 7 1/2 years learning everything there is to know about Functional Training, Mobility, Strength Driven Fitness, Post Operative Strength, Weight loss, Self Defense, Kickboxing, Nutrition and currently working on becoming a Menopause Specialist.
